These Terms and Conditions apply to the Text-To-Order SMS service operated by Kendric Turnage at (615) 912-3382.

By texting (615) 912-3382, you agree to receive transactional SMS replies about pickup orders you initiate, including menu, order confirmation, and order status messages.

By texting JOIN, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages about restaurant locations and specials. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Orders are pickup only and are paid at the restaurant unless you call to pay by phone. We may decline or cancel an order. These Terms and Conditions apply to the SMS service, not to a restaurant's food or in-person service.
